Do I need to be 'an AI company' to benefit from this?
No. The opposite — the businesses that benefit most are the ones where nobody on the team wants to become an AI expert. A quiet system that handles one annoying task reliably is worth more than a dozen impressive demos.
What AI models do you use?
Whatever fits the job and the budget. We use Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, open-source models, or traditional rule-based code when that is the honest answer. Model choice is never ideological — it is about cost, quality, and data residency for your specific use case.
What about my data privacy?
We design around data minimization — the AI only sees what it needs. Where possible we use EU-hosted models and make sure no sensitive data leaves your jurisdiction. We will tell you upfront which choices involve which trade-offs.
What if the AI gets it wrong?
That is why we default to human-in-the-loop on anything that touches customers. The AI drafts, a person approves. As you learn to trust it, you can loosen the guardrails. You are always in control of how far the system is allowed to go.
