    Before you commit to a price, we spend 30 minutes understanding what you actually want automated. Sometimes the right answer is the €199 tier — one workflow, three days, done. Sometimes it is the €2,499 tier because the problem is genuinely operational. We tell you honestly, and we will talk you out of paying more than you need to.

    Ship in increments, never in megaprojects

    Every tier ships in increments — even the €2,499 Full Operations AI lands in 1–2 week phases, each with something usable at the end. No six-month projects with nothing to show until the final demo. If something is not working, you know in week one, not month four.

    Human-in-the-loop by default

    We build agents that know their limits. When the AI is confident, it acts. When it is not, it drafts a response and waits for a human to approve. That default keeps you safe while you build trust in the system. You decide later how much rope to give it.

How do I know which tier I need?
Talk to us for 30 minutes. Most people walk in thinking they need the €2,499 tier and walk out with a €499 chatbot that solves their actual problem. Some are the other way round — they think a small automation is enough and the problem is bigger. We will not upsell you. The price ladder exists so you pay for the size of the problem, not the size of our quote.
Do these prices include ongoing costs (API calls, hosting)?
The build is one-time. API/inference costs are passed through at cost — we will estimate them up front based on your expected volume. For most small businesses, a chatbot costs €5–€20/month in inference. A high-volume operations AI might be €50–€150/month. We design around capped APIs so you never get surprised by a bill.
What AI models do you use?
Whatever fits the job. Anthropic Claude for most agent work and reasoning, OpenAI for some embeddings/transcription, open-source models when data residency matters, and traditional rule-based code when AI is overkill. Model choice is never ideological — it is about cost, quality, and where your data needs to live.
What about my data privacy?
We design around data minimization — the AI only sees what it needs, nothing more. Where possible we use EU-hosted models. We will tell you upfront exactly what leaves your jurisdiction and what does not, and you decide.
What if the AI gets it wrong?
That is why we default to human-in-the-loop on anything that touches customers. The AI drafts, a person approves. As you learn to trust it, you can loosen the guardrails. You are always in control of how far the system is allowed to go — never us.
Can you really build the €2,499 tier in 4–6 weeks?
Yes. We work with AI tooling end-to-end (Claude Code does 99% of the implementation), so what used to be a 4-month project genuinely fits in 4–6 weeks now. You watch it take shape week by week. The quality bar is the same; the calendar is shorter.
