About
DoroLabs is an independent digital studio from Romania, run by Adrian Dorobantu. It exists because too many small businesses needed a web partner who would pick up the phone, tell the truth, and ship on time.
The short version
Small by choice.
Ambitious about quality.
Ambitious about quality.
DoroLabs started in 2024 as a deliberate choice to build a studio around quality and attention to detail, with a tight team backed by AI tooling that makes the repetitive work disappear. No sales pipeline, no account managers, no pressure to upsell the thing we are quietly certain you do not need.
What you get working with us is direct contact with the people doing the work, from the first email to the last deploy and every update after that. No hand-offs. No silent reassignments. No "your contact is out this week."
We work on five crafts — websites, online stores, AI automation, managed hosting, and SEO — because we chose to do all five well rather than do everything. The list grows when we are confident we can deliver a new service at the same standard. Until then, we stick to the five.
How we work
Four things we refuse
to compromise on.
to compromise on.
- 01
Short, specific list
We do five things. That is on purpose. Every craft we sell is one we have done enough times to know where the mistakes hide.
- 02
Honesty over upsell
If your problem is a spreadsheet, we will say so. If another team is the right fit, we will point you at them. Trust is the only compounding asset.
- 03
One point of contact
You talk directly to the people building your site. No project managers, no ticket queues, no different face each week. Whoever answers your first email is whoever answers your last one.
- 04
Respect for the person who lives with it
Every decision — technical, visual, editorial — answers to the same question: will this make the life of the person using it quieter or louder?
Who is behind the keyboard
Adrian Dorobantu.
Engineer by training. Builder by temperament. Based in Romania, working with clients across the EU and occasionally further. Quietly obsessed with making things that work the first time and keep working for years.
Spent the first half of his career in software for bigger teams — shipping products, fixing inherited codebases, watching which choices aged well and which turned into maintenance nightmares. DoroLabs is the studio he wished existed on the other side of those years.

Something to build?
Tell us what you are working on. We will read it, think about it, and reply with whether we are the right team — and if we are not, who might be.
