    Managed hosting at big providers means a human has never looked at your specific site. We migrated every site on our infrastructure ourselves — we know the architecture, the weak points, and what normal looks like. When something drifts out of normal, we notice.

    Every Tuesday night we check for WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates. We apply them in a staging copy first, verify nothing broke, then roll to production. If anything goes sideways the site rolls back automatically. You never wake up to a white screen.

    Most hosting providers sell backups they never test. We restore a random backup once a month to a temporary environment and verify it is readable. A backup you have never tested is not a backup — it is a promise.

Questions that
usually come up.

Can you migrate my existing site?
Yes. We handle migration as part of onboarding — DNS, content, databases, email forwarding if you need it. Your site stays live on the old host while we set up the new environment, then we cut over in a maintenance window you choose.
What happens if my site gets hacked?
We clean it. Our daily backups mean we can restore from a known-good state if things are bad enough. We will also tell you honestly how it happened so you can decide what to change — often the attack vector is a plugin that should be removed or a password that needs to be rotated.
Is the price really all-inclusive?
For standard usage, yes. We bill a flat monthly fee and handle everything inside it. If you suddenly need ten times more server capacity because of a press hit or a Black Friday spike we will talk about upgrades, but there are no surprise overage charges.
Do you host email?
We do not run our own email service because email is a specialist job and we refuse to do it badly. We recommend and help set up Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or Fastmail — you keep the accounts and we keep your site. Best of both worlds.
