1. Who we are
DoroLabs is the brand under which DORO LABS S.R.L., a company registered in Romania, operates an automation studio: we build websites, online stores and AI systems for businesses, and we develop our own software applications. By using this site or our apps you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the services.
2. Services and apps
DoroLabs offers two distinct things:
- Custom services — website and online-store builds, AI automations, managed hosting, SEO and advertising campaigns. These are contracted individually with a written offer; the specific commercial terms (price, timeline, deliverables) are those of the accepted offer.
- Self-serve apps, operated by DoroLabs: DoroLead (lead.dorolabs.eu) — B2B lead generation; AutoPost (autopost.dorolabs.eu) — automated social-media publishing; Agenda (agenda.dorolabs.eu) — online booking and SMS reminders; Invitații (invitatie.dorolabs.eu) — free digital event invitations. Each app may have its own additional terms shown inside the app; those complement, not replace, this document.
3. Accounts and sign-in (including Google)
Some apps require an account. You can create one with email and password or — in DoroLead and Invitații — via sign-in with your Google account. When you choose Google, we receive from Google only your name, email address and profile picture, which we use to create and manage your account. We do not read or store anything else from your Google account, we never receive your Google password, and we never post anything on your behalf. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the activity in your account. Tell us immediately at hello@dorolabs.eu if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Subscriptions, free trials and payments
- Free trials are free and card-less. At the end of a trial your account is not charged automatically — you explicitly choose whether to continue on a paid plan.
- Subscriptions are billed at the prices shown in each app at the time of purchase. Prices may change; changes apply from the next billing period, with prior notice.
- You can cancel any time; access stays active until the end of the period already paid. Amounts already billed for started periods are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
- Invitații is free for personal use, within the limits shown in the app.
5. Acceptable use
By using DoroLabs services and apps you agree not to:
- use them for spam, fraud, harassment or any illegal activity;
- send commercial communications without the legal basis required by the GDPR and anti-spam law;
- rent out or resell access to the apps without our written consent;
- attempt to compromise security, scrape abusively or intentionally overload the services;
- upload content that infringes the rights of others (copyright, trademarks, personal data).
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Where possible we notify you first and give you the chance to remedy.
6. Liability and warranties
We work to keep the apps available and correct, but they are provided “as is”: we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoroLabs' liability to you for any claim related to an app is limited to the amounts you paid for that app in the last 12 months. Nothing in this document limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law and the law of the European Union. Disputes are settled by the competent courts in Romania, after a reasonable attempt at amicable resolution. Consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
