DoroLabs is an automation studio from Romania, run by Adrian Dorobantu. It exists because small businesses are drowning in work a machine should have taken years ago — and because the people selling them that machine mostly sell slide decks.

DoroLabs started in 2025 on a simple observation: most small businesses spend half their week on work a machine should have taken years ago. Retyping the same reply. Copying a booking from a phone call into a notebook. Remembering, at 11pm, that nothing got posted. That's not work — it's friction, and it's expensive.
So we took it off the table for ourselves first. We build and run four of our own apps — DoroLead, AutoPost, Agenda and Invitație — on our own hardware. Our audit writes itself. Our chatbot answers without us. The studio runs on the same systems we sell, which is the only credential we think is worth anything.
The list stays deliberately short — AI automation, websites, online stores, managed hosting, SEO, Google Business Profile and ads — because every one of them answers the same question: what are you still doing by hand? Your website automates the first sale. Your store automates the selling. The rest automates everything around it.

Everything answers one question
What are you still doing by hand? If a thing we sell cannot be described as "X, automated" — it does not go on the list. That is why the list is short, and why every item on it has been done enough times for us to know where the mistakes hide.

Honesty over upsell
If your problem is a spreadsheet, we will say so. If another team is the right fit, we will point you at them. Trust is the only compounding asset.

You talk directly to the people building your site. No project managers, no ticket queues, no different face each week. Whoever answers your first email is whoever answers your last one.

We automate the work, not the people
We take away the retyping, the reminding, the chasing — the half of the day nobody wanted anyway. The point is to give you your evening back, not to shrink your team. Every decision answers the same question: does this make the life of the person using it quieter, or louder?
Who is behind the keyboard
Adrian Dorobantu.
Engineer by training. Builder by temperament. Based in Romania, working with clients across the EU and occasionally further. Quietly obsessed with making things that work the first time and keep working for years.
Spent the first half of his career in software for bigger teams — shipping products, fixing inherited codebases, watching which choices aged well and which turned into maintenance nightmares. DoroLabs is the studio he wished existed on the other side of those years.
